Development and integration of organic food products markets:
Elaborate “scientific” commercial strategies, particularly analysing and developing aggregation of supply and demand by associative forms of commerce and purchasing; developing local markets (short supply chains); creating a network of demands and supplies between the two Adriatic shores; analysing the possible complementary sectors, evaluating the problems of competitiveness, elaborating coordinated commercial actions on promising markets in order to define the problems of reciprocal recognition of certification standards.
